Leica’s TL2 Camera Improves on Its Forerunner in Every Way

Built to improve upon its predecessor, the amazing Leica TL-System, the new Leica TL2 blazes the way with a ground-breaking concept for a new generation of photographic connoisseurs.

Each camera shell is accurately constructed from a single block of aluminium. The new offering comes armed with a 24-megapixel CMOS sensor in APS-C format that partners up with an equally fresh Maestro II series high-performance image processor for next-level results.

These upgrades assure brilliant image quality with dynamic range, contrast and colour rendition, sharpness and resolution.
The camera’s selection of video recording methods include 4K (3840 x 2160p at 30 frames per second), full HD (1920 x 1080p at 60 frames per second), HD (1280 x 720p at 60 frames per second or slow motion captured at 120 frames per second). And let’s be honest, it really doesn’t leave much to be desired in that department, does it?

Another show-stopping feature of the Leica TL2 is its vastly enhanced AF speed and precision. For example, it focuses on subjects in just 165 milliseconds – an improvement that’s three times faster than its precursor.
